Operator and scope

The Gloopi Indonesia store is operated by PT Aku Percaya Diri, a registered Indonesian legal entity and VAT-registered business (PKP). These terms cover store use, customer accounts, retail purchases, and business procurement. Indonesian law and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Accounts and buyer information

Provide accurate email, telephone, address, and company information. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. Business accounts may require review before tier pricing is available. Do not use the store for unlawful transactions or to access another person’s data.

Products and suitability

Review material, size, packaging, sterility, and specifications before ordering. Certification and distribution permit claims apply only where listed for the relevant product. Illustrations are not evidence of certification. Buyers must assess suitability against facility procedures and manufacturer instructions.

Prices, VAT, and quotations

Prices are in Indonesian rupiah and include VAT. The transaction summary shows tax components according to the settings applicable to that transaction. A tax invoice (Faktur Pajak) is separate from the commercial invoice and requires correct tax identity information. Business quotations are valid only until their stated expiry; the agreed prices and quantities apply to that quotation’s checkout.

Ordering and payment

Check variants, quantities, the address, and shipping service before placing an order. Payment is processed through Midtrans. Unpaid orders may expire or be cancelled according to the displayed status and deadline. Payment confirmation follows verification with the payment provider.

Shipping, cancellation, and returns

Shipping rates and service options are obtained through Biteship. Estimates do not guarantee arrival dates. Self-service cancellation is available only while an order awaits payment. Responsibility and changes

We aim to display accurate information. If information is inconsistent or a transaction is disrupted, contact service for a resolution based on the facts and legal obligations. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The published version may change; retain the order and quotation information you accepted.
