How do I choose a material and size?
Use catalog filters and review each variant specification. Check that the material, size, sterility, and usage instructions match your working procedures.
Do prices include VAT?
Product and quotation prices are in Indonesian rupiah and include VAT. Shipping is calculated from the address and selected service.
How do I get a business quotation?
Select variants and quantities on the business procurement page. Sign in or register a business account, send a request, then review the quotation and discuss revisions in your account.
How is payment processed?
Payments are processed through Midtrans. Available methods are shown during payment. Order status is updated after payment confirmation.
How do I track an order?
Open the order details in your account to view progress and tracking information when available.
How do I report a product issue?
Contact Gloopi service with the order number, a description of the issue, and relevant evidence. Keep the packaging and do not use products suspected to be damaged.
